Meet The Team
Who We Are

STRETCH
THEE OWENER
Before Challenge Quest, Stretch was a teacher and camp director. After personally experiencing the impact that ropes courses and team building have, her passion is rooted in guiding groups of people through challenges to achieve their goals. If you have ever been curious about trying something new, chances are she has some experience - or will join you in the adventure of learning. This lifelong learner makes a hobby out of having hobbies. From rebuilding a bathroom, turning wood bowls, or how to gracefully get in and out of small cars, she's the person to ask. She is also one of the most service-oriented people you will meet. With her 6 foot stature, and generous spirit, it's no surprise she inspired books such as the giving tree *we're pretty sure this is true, but don't fact check us*. Her drive and creativity makes her perfectly suited for planning your next project or event, making sure it is customized to your group's unique needs.
MOWGLI
FACILITATION LEAD
With over eight years of experience as a facilitator, Mowgli has led teams from the rocky coasts of Maine to the sandy beaches of California. He spent seven of those years with Paradigm Shift, specializing in low ropes facilitation and experiential leadership. Based mostly in the Tulsa area, Mowgli also spent time living on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota—a season that deepened his appreciation for community and connection.
When he’s not climbing poles with Challenge Quest, you’ll probably find him climbing trees for fun—or acting a fool on the dance floor. Having traveled to 46 U.S. states, his dream destination sits at the edge of the world: Antarctica.

STEFAN
GEAR SALES
Stefan grew up in Georgia, spent a few years roaming the
mountains of North Carolina, and somehow ended up in Dallas, Texas, still wondering how this place became home. He’s happiest under the stars on a camping trip or tinkering with gear he swears is essential (though his wife may not agree).
When he’s not outside, you’ll probably find him knee-deep in a
tabletop game, shuffling a deck for a round of Pokémon TCG, or
plotting his next big board game victory. And if you ever catch yourself wondering why your dice always betray you at the worst possible moment, just know Stefan is right there with
you.
Caleb "The Animal" Hudson
TRAINING MANAGER
Caleb started his ropes journey many moons ago. Coming from a Camp that served people with disabilities he is passionate about Universal Access and believes that
everyone should have the opportunity to play.

When he isn’t training, he likes to spend time with his family, listening to music, reading, (Always looking for a book recommendation), and taking long walks into the forest in search of his spirit guide.

STEVE
ZIPLINE MANAGER
A lifelong Tulsan with a deep love for the outdoors, Steve Sommer brings passion, leadership, and a spirit of adventure to his role as Manager of Postoak Canopy Tours. Before joining the Postoak team, Steve worked at Camp Loughridge, where he cultivated his skills in outdoor programming, team coordination, and guest engagement.
When he’s not overseeing zip line tours or connecting with guests, you might find Steve listening to the Grateful Dead or reflecting on life’s big questions—he’s an avid fan of both classic jam bands and philosophy. His calm presence, thoughtful nature, and genuine enthusiasm for outdoor experiences make him a perfect guide for both adventure and conversation.
